At Anderson Teak, we are committed to manufacturing premium-quality outdoor furniture built to last. Our Limited Warranty protects the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Teak & Solid Hardwood Outdoor Furniture
Anderson Teak warrants to the original retail purchaser that all teak and solid hardwood furniture is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
• Small end-grain checks or hairline cracks, which are natural characteristics of solid wood.
• Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color.
Warranty Coverage
• Residential Use: 2-Year Limited Warranty
• Commercial Use: 1-Year Limited Warranty
During the applicable warranty period, Anderson Teak will repair or replace defective components at its discretion. Within the first year, Anderson Teak will cover reasonable labor costs for approved repairs or replacements.
Shipping charges to and from Anderson Teak or an authorized repair center are not included.
After the first year from the original purchase date, the customer is responsible for all labor, packing, shipping, and transportation costs associated with warranty service.
All-Weather Wicker Collection
Anderson Teak warrants all-weather wicker furniture to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
• Residential Use: 2-Year Limited Warranty
• Commercial Use: 1-Year Limited Warranty
Approved warranty claims may be repaired or replaced at Anderson Teak's discretion. Labor costs for approved repairs are covered during the first year only. Shipping and transportation costs are excluded.
After the first year, customers are responsible for labor, packing, and shipping expenses.
Tuscany Limestone Collection
Anderson Teak warrants the Tuscany Limestone Collection against manufacturing defects under normal residential and commercial use.
Warranty Coverage
• Residential Use: 2-Year Limited Warranty
• Commercial Use: 1-Year Limited Warranty
During the first year, Anderson Teak will repair or replace defective components, including reasonable labor costs. Shipping charges are excluded.
After the first year, customers are responsible for labor, packing, shipping, and transportation costs.
Versailles Collection
Anderson Teak warrants the Versailles Collection against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
• Minor chips or dents caused during third-party transportation.
• Cosmetic imperfections resulting from improper handling after shipment.
Warranty Coverage
• Residential Use: 2-Year Limited Warranty
• Commercial Use: 1-Year Limited Warranty
Approved repairs or replacements are subject to the same labor and shipping provisions described above.
Umbrella Frames & Umbrella Fabrics
Anderson Teak warrants patio umbrellas and umbrella bases to the original retail purchaser for one (1) year against manufacturing defects, including defects resulting from normal outdoor exposure, splitting, and rusting.
Umbrella fabrics are also covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
At Anderson Teak's discretion, defective components will be repaired or replaced with proof of purchase. Shipping charges are not included.
Cushions
Anderson Teak cushions are warranted to the original retail purchaser for one (1) year against manufacturing defects and loss of resiliency.
Over time, cushions naturally soften and conform to the user. This is considered normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect.
Approved warranty claims may be repaired or replaced at Anderson Teak's discretion.
Please Note:
• All custom cushion orders are final.
• No returns or refunds are accepted once cushions have entered production.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Improper assembly or installation
• Failure to perform normal care and maintenance
• Commercial abuse beyond intended use
• Exposure to harsh coastal or saltwater environments causing accelerated wear
• Normal fading of fabrics
• Natural aging or color changes of teak wood
• Normal weathering to a silver-gray patina
• Glass tabletops
• Tabletop damage caused by improperly installed umbrellas
• Cracking caused by freezing temperatures or pressure washing
• Wind damage
• Fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other Acts of God
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Customers may also be asked to provide:
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the damaged area
• Original order information
• Product SKU
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not apply to:
• Rental or commercial leasing use
• Floor models or display merchandise
• "As-Is" purchases
• Clearance or closeout merchandise
• Liquidation sales
• Second-hand purchases
Product Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our furniture.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible merchandise within 30 days in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Eligible returns may receive:
• Replacement merchandise
• Store credit
• Refund (less applicable shipping and restocking fees)
After 30 days, eligible merchandise may qualify for exchange or merchandise credit only.
Warranty Remedy
The sole obligation of Anderson Teak under this Limited Warranty is, at its discretion, to:
• Repair the product
• Replace defective parts
• Replace the product with an equivalent model
• Substitute materials of equal or greater quality if the original materials are unavailable
Replacement fabrics may vary slightly in color due to normal dye lot variations.
Fabric Warranty Limitations
Fabric warranties do not cover damage resulting from:
• Improper cleaning methods
• Excessive soiling
• Bleach or harsh chemicals
• Unauthorized stain-resistant treatments
• Protective coatings applied by dealers or customers
Any unauthorized chemical treatment may void the warranty.
Finish Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover finish damage caused by:
• Standing water
• Alcohol
• Household chemicals
• Excessive humidity
• Improper maintenance
• Unauthorized sealers, oils, paints, stains, or protective coatings
Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, certain limitations described above may not apply to you.
