Description
This Del-Amo 2 Seater Bench is the perfect teak outdoor bench for the patio or yard. Featuring contoured seating and curved back support, we have made subtle but careful design changes to ensure an excellent and comfortable seating experience. Place a single bench under a tree, or use a group of benches and chairs for a complete outdoor collection. Over time, the wood will weather to a beautiful silver gray patina or occasionally scrub down with soap and water to keep in pristine condition. Made from genuine grade teak, it is sanded smooth without any finish in its natural form and color.

FAQs
Why is kiln-drying necessary for wood furniture?
Kiln drying wet wood before using it for furniture is essential because it significantly reduces the moisture content, preventing warping, cracking, and shrinking of the wood over time, leading to more durable and stable furniture that won't be affected by changes in humidity, while also killing any insects or mold present in the wood
What is the significance of SVLK certification for timber products?
SVLK stands for Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu, which translates to "Timber Legality Verification System" in English. It's a certification system implemented by the Indonesian government to ensure the legality and sustainability of timber products exported from Indonesia
Why Constructed with mortise-and-tenon joints is important?
Mortise-and-tenon joints are a classic woodworking technique that offers several advantages:
Strength and Durability: This joint creates a strong mechanical bond between two pieces of wood, making it highly resistant to stress and wear.
Stability: The interlocking nature of the joint prevents warping and twisting, ensuring the long-lasting integrity of the furniture piece.
Aesthetics: Mortise-and-tenon joints can be both functional and beautiful. They often add a touch of craftsmanship and elegance to furniture.
Timeless: This traditional joinery method has been used for centuries, proving its enduring quality and appeal.
Is the bench equipped with protective floor glides to prevent damage to the flooring?
Yes, the bench is equipped with non-marking plastic feet to safeguard your flooring.
